At Earls Collection, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and premium packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Earls Collection box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
